Below are the core terms and considerations for buyers, which must be clearly understood and confirmed before placing an order: 

I.Custom Details Confirmation: Finalized Upon Confirmation 1. No Arbitrary Changes After Design Confirmation After placing an order, the seller will provide a design draft (including patterns, dimensions, descriptions, etc.). The buyer must confirm the details within 24–48 hours. Once confirmed, the design is deemed final. Any subsequent changes (e.g., pattern adjustments, size modifications, material replacements) will incur additional fees (calculated based on the complexity of the changes, with a minimum of 20% of the total price) and may extend the production timeline. Note: Carefully verify text, pattern proportions, positions, and dimensions in the design draft to avoid discrepancies between the final product and expectations due to oversight. 

II.Handcrafted Characteristics & Variation Notice: Accept "Imperfection" Before Ordering 1. Handcrafted ≠ Mass-Produced: Natural Variations Exist This product is purely handcrafted (e.g., leather carving, hand-painting, hand-stitching). Even for 1:1 replicas, minor variations may occur due to the following reasons and are not considered quality issues: - Materials: Natural leather may have inherent textures or minor flaws (e.g., slight grain differences, pore variations). Hand-dyed products may have subtle color unevenness (normal "handcrafted traces"). - Craftsmanship: Carving lines, stitching density, or relief depth may have millimeter-level deviations. The texture of 3D patterns may vary slightly due to differences in manual pressure. - Size: Hand-measured and crafted products may have a size tolerance of ±2mm, which is acceptable if it does not affect usability. 2. Caution for Perfectionists If you have extremely high demands for precision (e.g., absolute symmetry of lines, zero color difference, no handcrafted traces), we recommend choosing mass-produced products. Custom handcrafted items cannot fully meet "absolute perfection" requirements. Placing an order implies acceptance of these inherent variations. 

III.Production Timeline: Confirm the Schedule Before Ordering; No "Rush Requests" 1. Timeline Confirmed by Both Parties; No Expedited Urgencies Handcrafted customization involves design confirmation, material preparation, production, and polishing. The timeline is 20–30 days for simple items and 30–45 days for complex carved artworks. - The timeline starts after "design confirmation + full payment is received." Delays caused by buyer-related issues (e.g., delayed design confirmation, mid-production modifications) are the buyer’s responsibility. - If delays occur due to seller-related issues (e.g., material shortages, craftsmanship errors), the seller must notify the buyer 3 days in advance and negotiate an extended timeline or compensate with a daily penalty (usually 1% of the total price per day, capped at 10% of the total price). 2. No Refusal or Refund Due to Timeline Issues Confirm that the production timeline meets your needs before ordering. Refusals to accept goods or requests for refunds due to personal reasons (e.g., "timeline is longer than expected," "need it urgently") will not be supported. 

IV. Refund and Design Modification Terms: Respecting Handcrafted Labor, Avoiding Arbitrary Breaches 1. Before Design Confirmation/Production Commencement: Full Refund Available If the design has not been confirmed and the merchant has not yet procured materials or commenced production, users may request a full refund. Refund processing takes 3-5 business days after the request is submitted. 2. After design confirmation/work commencement: Refunds will be subject to cost deductions. Once design drawings are confirmed and the merchant has begun procuring custom materials, creating molds, or performing preliminary processing, refund requests will be handled as follows: - If only design drawings and material procurement are completed: 30% of the total price (or a fixed fee, e.g., $50, as specified in the terms) will be deducted, with the remainder refunded. - If substantive production has commenced (e.g., 50% leather engraving complete, main structure formed), 50% of the total price will be deducted (calculated based on actual material costs + labor fees), with the remainder refunded; - If the finished product is complete (regardless of shipment status), refunds for personal reasons will not be supported (except for quality issues). 3. Design modifications incur additional fees. Requests for changes (e.g., pattern replacement, detail additions, size adjustments) must be submitted after design confirmation and will incur modification charges: - Simple modifications (e.g., minor text repositioning): 10%-20% of total order value - Complex modifications (e.g., pattern redrawing, leather replacement): 30% or more of total order value Production timelines will be recalculated accordingly. 

V.After-Sales Guarantee: Distinguishing "Quality Issues" from "Non-Quality Issues" 1. Quality Issues: Free Repair/Return & Exchange Within 7 days of receipt, if the following quality issues are identified, the seller will provide free repair, return, or exchange: - Structural defects: Large-scale stitching unraveling, leather cracking (not caused by improper use), hardware falling off (not due to human damage). - Craftsmanship errors: Severe pattern distortion (over 10% deviation from the design draft), text errors/omissions (not due to buyer confirmation errors), critical size deviations exceeding 5mm (affecting usability). Note: Clear photos/videos must be provided as proof. After seller confirmation, return shipping costs will be borne by the seller. 2. Non-Quality Issues: No Return/Exchange, but Paid Repair Available The following are not considered quality issues and do not qualify for return/exchange, but paid repair may be negotiated: - Personal subjective reasons: Dislike of style, incorrect size (after design confirmation), discrepancy with imagination, dissatisfaction with handcrafted traces. - Wear from use: Normal wear (e.g., leather scuffing, staining, hardware oxidation due to natural aging; paid maintenance available). -Variation issues: Inherent material texture differences, slight color variations, or millimeter-level size deviations (not affecting usability) as mentioned above. 

VI.Copyright & Liability Terms: Buyer Responsible for Custom Content 1. Buyer Guarantees Copyright of Custom Patterns If the buyer provides custom patterns (e.g., celebrity portraits, anime characters, third-party original designs), they must ensure legal authorization to avoid copyright infringement. The buyer shall bear full responsibility for disputes arising from copyright issues (e.g., complaints, claims), and the seller reserves the right to seek compensation for losses (including legal fees, fines, etc.). 2. Prohibition of Illegal Use Custom content must not involve illegal, vulgar, or infringing information. The seller reserves the right to refuse such orders. If the buyer conceals such content, the seller assumes no responsibility and will not support refunds. 

Other Agreements: Order Placement Implies Acceptance of All Terms 1. Carefully read the above terms before placing an order. Submitting an order and making payment signifies full understanding and acceptance of all content. 2. Unspecified matters will be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be addressed via platform customer service or legal channels. 3. The seller reserves the right to interpret these terms (without violating mandatory legal provisions).
